Like @MEGAMUDKIP!!!!!! said, this is more characteristic of Pyro than Engineer. Besides that, the cosmetic... just shows its age, I'm sorry to say. If it did get in, it would almost certainly be halloween restricted. Going to have go give this a thumbs down; sorry :(
