I keep having issues with my "chosen" (the beefalo i'm domesticating) beefalo running off and ambushing me during mating season, so probably this isnt the best idea, but maybe add an item that makes it so your personal beefalo can't breed/get a red butt? or maybe just make it so it won't hurt you during mating season

I had a beefalo before, and I called him big beefy, but then he attacked my two caged koalephants during the start of autumn, and they kicked his butt, I only managed to kill the one he had already badly hurt. Now I don't know what to call my new beefalo.... I no longer cage koalephants for more than a few seconds, so that I can MURDER those freaks.

Very bad news: Since the new event this mod prevents the existing server from starting. Until now, the mod ran smoothly. It took a while until I found out which mod it is. Too bad it is this.

Ok, looking back at what I was doing, my beefalo was barely tamed, so that's why it was bucking me off! This mod works perfectly now, the only issue was me not doing what I was supposed to. The only thing I could request now is a beefalo information widget!

I never looked into the "Your Rules!" mod, so I can't really say in what way it is incompatible. I'd assume both mods modify the domesticable component when you are using the domestication time modifier for example. I might look into either compatibility or giving the option to modify it over my mod as well eventually.
That said, your Beefalo shouldn't buck you off that often. Make sure you keep him well fed and happy and don't try to ride red butt or shaved beefalos. They both have a 0.2 riding time multiplier. Also don't hesitate to brush your beefalo once a day. This way your riding time should be in the >1 minute riding time range very fast.
Beefalo taming as is isn't very hard imo, especially if you don't have to fear losing your beefalo when logging out.

My only thing is obedience drops by half per day, and means that my beefalo bucks me off like, every 3 seconds which is annoying. I'm learning to keep up with feeding, but I don't want it to *not* buck at all, if that makes sense?

Also, I'm currently using the "Your Rules!" mod for "kinder and stronger beefalo," but I don't know how to make it compatible with this one

I don't think that I'll ever change the obedience/hunger/domestication rates, because I'd rather keep the balance as vanilla as possible. I mostly intend this mod to remove the annoying fact that you lose the domestication, or your beefalo altogether, and it becomes pretty much impossible to domesticate a beefalo yourself on servers when you log out because the server continues to run where as in singleplayer the Beefalo gets paused when you stop the game.

i love this mod, it's a lifesaver! is there any chance that you could add a functionality to the mod that lets you slow down obedience/domestication/hunger for the beefalo? thanks so much!

Mod list/crash report? Anything to pinpoint the reason for the crash? Because It's working perfectly fine without other mods and/or with the mods I'm using.

I never tried. Maybe maybe not, because both have the collar with same functionality. I'd recommend to use the beefalo bell mod instead which together with the domestication plus adds the same functionality as you'd get with this mod and domestication plus together.

It didn't crash for me so far at all. Maybe you have some mod installed as well that is incompatible?

Awesome idea. But I can't seem to get it to work. It keeps crashing on me. :(
