See previous. Made a booboo.

Updated mod.cpp to fix the logo error

* Fixed issues with animation skeletons
* Fixed issue with prone reload

* Fixed the signal flares being spawned and loadable by some weapons.

Several fixes, a lot of little config issues. Including the known "planting bug".

New:
+ The barrel-addon weapons are now linked with their standard barrels

Fixed:
+ Missing textures
+ Missing p3d
+ Small non-noteworthy issues (configs)
