+ Fixed an issue with the turrets

+ Made the grenade that is fired from the explosive turret no longer damage the NPC Manning it and their allies.
+ Made the NPCs that man the turrets freeze to restrict them from moving around.
+ Made them do the sequence once instead of them doing it over.

+ Limited the types of NPCs that man the turrets ( Only Humans and Combine Humanoid NPCs )
+ Added the ability for some VJ Base SNPCs to use it. ( Only Some of them from Military and Black Mesa SNPCs. )
+ Added a way to get rid of their weapon.
+ Added required item for making their weapon disappear.
- Still don't have a way to give the NPC's weapon back.
