FIXES:

Iceland == Johannes Valurson doesn't have Sveinn Björnsson's portrait anymore.

A new rule for Historical Portraits

Leaders that have a unique vanilla portraits and for whom I can't find a photo will now have their vanilla portrait changed in black and white instead of the colored vanilla portrait.

ADDED:
- Spain == Janos Galicz
- Yemen == Imam Yahya


LEADER REPLACEMENT:
- Iraq == vanilla leader Faisal II was only 4 years old in 1939. He was not ruling. The regency was exerced by his uncle Abdelilah ben Ali el-Hachemi. Then I think it more pertinent to replace Faisal by his uncle.

ADDED:
- Tahiti, Hawaii, Catalonia, Galicia, Navarra == leaders portraits
- Wurtemberg, Schleswig-Holstein, Saxony, Prussia, Mecklenburg, Hanover, Bavaria == Otto Wels and Ernst Thälmann.


LEADER REPLACEMENT:
Wurtemberg, Schleswig-Holstein, Saxony, Prussia, Mecklenburg, Hanover, Bavaria == "Dennis Fredauer", the generic default conservatist leader of these countries, have been replaced by Wilhelm Kulz.
