Bug fix: Moved Shadow Being ability on Shadowbinder to gold medal.

Reduced Ramsey's starting force at Winterfell. It's still tough and he casts Bloodbath, but it is not as hard as before.

Removed more flying and swimming by:
- Replaced Succubus and Shadow Stalker with Shadowbinder and Blackguard.
- Upgraded Dark Pact.
- Replaced Warbreed with White Cloack.
- Replaced Manticore Rider wtih War Pact, a Dark Pact for Warlord.
- Removed swimming from Assassin and Monster Hunter

- Littlefinger starts with Courtesan Ambassadors
- Pyke and the rest of the Iron Islands start with Harbors (whoops!)
- Reviewed ports and made sure all major cities had Harbors
- Harbors heal 20% of boat damage for garrisoned boats on the Harbor graphic
- Store Houses give siege defense bonus (+1 def, +1 res) to garrisoned units in order to make up for "No Growth Penalty"
- Pirates spawn sooner.
- Added bridge at Riverrun to go north
- Giants dwelling is no longer auto-razed when Night King captures. No Titan reward upon capture (bug in AoW3 would not apply wight army to these units). Instead, Night King gets the dwelling,which builds Frost Giants from the start.
- Inflict ghoul curse works on dragons (duh!)
- More leaders start at war: Daenerys vs Euron; Daenerys vs Cersei; Snow vs Cersei

Version 1.1

New starting skill for Night King. It reduces upkeep cost for all of Night King's units.

Night King is at forced war wtih all other players. Night cannot change diplomatic status with the other players.

Corrected numerous spelling mistakes.
