- Increased building times (They were quite short because of the many building time reduction technologies) and other balancing
- Changes on the empire power plant:
- 4 new buildings that can be attached to the empire power plant
- Some changes on the possiblity to be built of the planetary drill, the empire power generator and the small administration ai
