V2.1
-Now when playing Splitscreen Co-op, a unique numbered marker (at least for the Base and Q3A styles) appears above each player. I figured out that I could have the icons in Splitscreen by having the markers disappear when too close to the camera.
-Fixed a bug with the Health Bars interop code where it would error out entirely; Don't know how I missed that.
-Exposed the current state of the markers to worldGlobals, so that other scripts can account for the markers.

-The Ally Markers in the custom Quake 3 gtitle will now resemble the team indicators from Quake 3: Team Arena
