Ace actions is back, but it don't replacement default actions

Added: New action "take-up-weapon-and-hang-it-on-the-left-shoulder"
Removed: ACE actions support (I can't handle it)
Fixed: Recursion when you try to open your inventory
Weapon position inverted, it's still not perfect but i'm frustrating when i try to find right vectors.
Let me know if you dont like it, I will do as it was before.

Changed something more, but it was so long ago that I do not remember what.
