Last update accidentally forgot an archive for edit and removed the confetti being shot from the gun, these have been readded

Major Revisions:
Should now properly set the users distance and other to the servers;
Removed some convars that I felt were pointless;
Precache the material for the viewmodel of the weapon, should help with client lag slightly;
Added compatibility with pointshop, set ConfettiPointshop to 0 to disable;
Cleaned up some code;
