mod now works with REP and AB+

mod also uses trap door instead of item (was needed to work with both rep and ab+)

rewrote the mod cause i hated the way it worked
should be more performant

forgot about edens blessing item whoops (i need sleep)

fixed spawning on eden

added support of mega satan
removed the chance of portal + item portal spawn
