added a better fix for the Mega Satan Unlocks if the REPENTAGON mod is installed

added a text display to tell the user that the unlock fix is running

disabled player controls while the unlock fix is running

fixed a bug with mod run data not always exisiting on the mod save data

add a fix to stop the game ending at the Cathedral/Sheol when the player is able to continue to the next floor caused by "R Key"

fixed a bug with saving and loading a run breaking the mod

removed unnecessary cutscene
