* Changed Experimental Cyberthief Augment, PWR costs increased, but Anarchy skill reduces them.
* Changed Piker Training Augment. Can unlock regular security doors as well. Turns required changed to 4, 6, and 8 (Security, Exit and Vault Doors respectively). Turns required are shortened by Anarchy skill.
* Piker no longer starts with Lockpicker Training augment. -1 starting augment slot penalty added.
* Old-School Grifting augment now grants HARMLESS status as opposed to TRUSTED.

* Removed On-File and Archive Piker's ablility to bypass laser grids, it was buggy. Will be added again at a later date.
* On-File Elias now starts with unique "Melee Master" augment. Grants him special kick attack that scales with STRENGTH skill. Previous "Melee Specialist" augments remains as a nanofab purchase.
