Balance changes:

- Ethereal Blessing no longer debuffs damage.
- Ethereal Blessing dodge debuff rescalled from 5/10/10/15/15 to 5/10/15/20/25.
- Ethereal Blessing now provides a 10/15/20/25/30% damage reflection to entire party.

- Improved Seer's portrait art.
- Fixed a visual bug during combat.

Balance changes:

- Touch of Death accuracy increased by 10 on all levels.
- Touch of Death damage amplifiers changed from 300/350/400/450/500% to 250/300/350/400/450%.


Camping Skills:
- Eclipse now costs 6 instead of 4.
- Eclipse now heals 50% seer's max health and 25% max health of other party members.
- Eclipse now stresses the party by 10 instead of 20.
- Spectral Shroud all resistance buffs increased by 5%.

Trinkets:
- Vexatious Cloak shard price reduced from 200 to 150.
