Balance changes:

Horror chances increased from 95/92/90/87/85% to 100/97/95/92/90%.
Horror curing chances increased from 25/27/29/31/33% to 40/42/45/47/50%

Touch of Death, Tranquility and Eth. Blessing are now the only abilities not causing horror.
Hypnosis, Anc. Renewal, Rej Surge, Spectral Blast are now the only abilities causing horror.

- Touch of Death stress healing buff reduced from 30/35/40/45/50% to 15/20/25/30/35%.
- Touch of Death stress healing buff duration increased from 2 to 3 rounds.
- Ethereal Blessing health healing buff reduced from 30/35/40/45/50% to 15/20/25/30/35%.
- Ethereal Blessing health healing buff duration increased from 2 to 3 rounds.
- Hypnosis stun chance reduced from 80/90/100/110/120 to 70/80/90/100/110%.
- Tranquility can now provide a stress/health healing received buff 20/22/24/26/28%.
- Tranquility buffs provide a 30/35/40/45/50% boost in either effect.
- Tranquility now disables buff skills, shares cool down with Touch of Death and Eth. Blessing.

Camping Skills:
- Eclipse now also removes death's door mortality debuffs.

NOTE:
What bothered me the most is that with the previous version is that every time you cast an ability,
you would always see horror and failed to cure text above the seer's head, by doing this it makes
it cleaner and also gives 3 abilities that can cure horror and 4 that cause it and you can't spam
the cure, which is why I increased the chance to cure and with the buffs provided on tranquility,
it should make the spell heal more stress and health overall.

The following trinkets have their buffs removed/changed:

Vexatious Cloak:
+30% Touch of Death damage.
+20% Damage Reflection
+10% Damage Taken

On attack hit effects:
120% Chance to shuffle enemy party
25% Chance to clear self-horror.
25% Chance to gain a 25% stress and 25% health healing buff.

Abilities can no longer stun the seer.

Abilities now have a 95/92/90/87/85% chance to cause self-horror. (1/1/1/2/2 over 2/3/4/5/6rds)
Abilities now have a 25/27/29/31/33% chance to remove self-horror.

- Touch of Death no longer has a 2 use limit.
- Touch of Death now has a 2 round cooldown shared with Ethereal Blessing.
- Touch of Death now has a 33/43/50/56/66% chance to provide a stress healing buff.
- Touch of Death no longer provides health healing buffs.
- Ethereal Blessing now has a 2 round cooldown shared with Touch of Death.
- Ethereal Blessing now has both a 66% and 33% chance to provide health or stress healing.
- Ethereal Blessing no longer debuffs DEF.
- Ethereal Blessing now has a 33/43/50/56/66% chance to provide a health healing buff.

NOTE:
I was never really happy with the stunning mechanic but didn't know what I could do to make this different enough, as I was thinking that the boss version of this character is a stress fight, it should mostly all revolve around stress.
