Fixed an issue with lockpick

- Added battering ram
- Hook support should work
- Supports doors, vehicles, fading doors and props
- Console variable "ntfm_canunweld" to define if rammed props should unweld
- Console variable "ntfm_canunfreeze" to define if rammed props should unfreeze
