Update to 1.0 track tools to ensure compatibility with BNG 1.1. Add track announcer. Update speed and weapon pads. Remove AI speed multiplier due to improved AI in 1.0.

Added crowd noises. Fixed normals issue. Extended pitlane and added speed pads to pitlane. Removed pad borders for improved visuals in 2280 mode.

Added OpenGL version. Added sloped barriers to pillars in tunnel so you no longer hit them head on and stop. Added load screen location and picture. Disabled mipmapping.

Update to latest version of track tools. Standardise starting grid. Add decoration to track pads. Fix transparency issue with trees. Fix skybox not being mirrored in mirror mode. Add track select picture and description (empty Custom Track Cache folder or unsubscribe and resubscribe).
