Fixed:
- Global healing Sound
- Removed debug text from FFA
- Axe swing breaking (LTS) still borked

Changed:
- Anti-archer wall timeout from 4s to 6s
- Lava rising now burns player on touch (mostly)
- Chance that Axe / Lava will be stopped / started every 30s increased from 25% to 50% (FFA)

Added:
- Indicator that lava is about to rise (FFA)
- Anti-spam for healing fountain (FFA)

- Map uploaded with a bunch of external package references. Once again, RIP my life.

- Map lighting in general
