*Fixed that Compact Hediffs hiccup
*Added options to skip dangerous and/or EMP weapons. Dangerous defaults to on, EMP defaults to off (but pawns will only autoequip EMP weapons when targeting mechanoids now)
*Added little icons to show weapons classified as the above + manual use only weapons
*Missing sidearm alerts can be disabled now
*Should now handle weapon equip restrictions better (persona weapons, ideology roles). If you want the old lack of functionality back (XKCD 1172 style), there's an option for it.

-Moved mod settings to vanilla system, which technically makes HugsLib optional now. This does mean you will have to reconfigure your settings. Once only thing, sorry.
-Related, added a warning to the sidearms UI about unconfigured settings.
-Drop mode renamed to fumble mode, added skill-based chance to avoid fumbling (which maxes out at 100% for melee/ranged skill of 7 by default). You know, for the three people out there who wont immediately turn it off.
-Misc. internal code changes
