- added an option to disable the trinkets in the config menu
- now while you have 'Pay to Play' paychests only cost 1 coin and spawning rules are changed with paychests no longer randomly replacing other chests (though the trinkets still work) and in AB+ all gold chests become paychests

repentance update, paychests now should work with guppy's eye and broken padlock

-fixed bug with jera creating duplicate paychests with the same ID as the original causing the chests to both open when only one was paid for
-fixed settings not being properly loaded on luamod refresh (not that any players would notice, just really helps with making updates)

added a check so that other mods can force pay chests to open like using TryOpenChest() by doing entity:GetData()["OpenPayChest"] = "Open"

-fixed bug where picking up steam sale wouldn't reduce chest costs until the player's luck changed
-fixed bug where sometimes the hidden gold chest used for spawning the chests contents would sometimes turn into a pay chest itself
