now the medical cocktail items only could be found killing zombies and inside of medical kits

now any zombie have a exactly 0.5 % drop chance 1 antiviral item.
also zombies have a exactly 0.1% drop chance for antibiotics


now this mod dont modify regular drops of zombies.

Critical Bug fixeds.

Now medical cocktail dont fix broken bones.
Now medical cocktail remove any infection from your body. (maybe)


New bugs:

>> if you dont use medical cocktail, if you dont have a bitten still open,you will have strange health troubles forever.

>> when you use medical cocktail you get a deep woond in the bitten area.
