Through much deliberation, I've layed out the groundwork for the militaristic psychic ship components.
I have also fluffed up the psionics technologies, revealing how the new mystical powers work their way into society.

New techs added:
Telekinetic Construction
Psychic Computing Algorithms
Psychic Planetary Restructuring
Psychic Terraformation Techniques

Sadly its only four, but most of my work has been going into the update to this that should come out sooner rather than later.
Who knows.
Just know, psionic ship components are on the way.

I also updated the icons for a few of the techs!~

I fixed a few bugs that I found playtesting the mod.

The psionic farm should have the correct icon!
Darn brackets in the technology folder, psionic contentedness should no longer unlock everything.
