Heavy Support Launcher has its ammunition now.

Added Robojumper's contributions of:

Fixing extended barrels so they would appear on the Tier 2 launchers.

The new UI images to make the launchers easy to identify.

Launchers will now accept the weapon colour of the SPARK instead of having their own.
