Important bug fix

Fixed rider scale issues. Added saddle, and oxygen buff. Fixed spawn locations (they were spawning in too-shallow areas on the island).

Actually fixed Center spawns and some targeting issues.

Added more spawns to the Center. As long as they don't now overspawn, this should be the last update for awhile.

Made it level up-able, increased attack strength, tweaked spawn frequency
