Removes bug which caused game to freeze during particular farming patterns - added check logic before respawning bots in Arena 1 & 2. Now bots will respawn only by 1st entry in Arena or after pushing reset button.

Small fixes: Red Key will drop only once in 1st Arena. Build solid some rooms - improving performance.

Optimized respawn of items and cards in 1st and 2nd Arenas. Limited respawn of pink card in 2nd Arena to 9.
