Fixed winchpoints on the Rollback Bed.

Increased maximum suspension adjust to handle heavier loads.

Fixed fuel mass xml issue on Cistern Bed and Utility Bed to more accurately show added mass of fuel.

Fixed cdt issue causing the truck to bottom out before making contact with terrain.

Rollback Bed movement is fixed!

Added more bed options:

- Cistern for refueling
- Utility for repair and some fuel
- Box with additional load for garage points
- Dump with custom Gravel Load (Medium)

Added custom Log Load (Short) for Stake Bed
