UI Remade; New Language System ( Easier for me to add new languages )

bugfix - sound on interaction fixed to emit from the npc rather than the player

Improvements to UI;Added little things here and there

Made money easier to read(putting a comma where needed)

Added languages file where you can choose wether the addon should be in french; Changed noise when interacting with the dealer
