Fix Chronos not reviving properly

Chronos no longer crashes on Repentance + slight buffs, co-op support sorta.

- Now only adds the KIDS_MODE seed when playing as chronos

- chronos's data is now saved and file specific
- chronos's costume is now loaded earlier
- chronos now disables achievements. unfortunately, this forces you to use the KIDS_MODE seed for now, so multiplayer may be somewhat more lacking in fun. that or more enjoyable, your call.

- Timer no longer displays during boss splash

- hourglass effect now takes longer to trigger to match the new death animation

- updated death animation

- Added more comments to config
- Tweaked some time bonuses

- Fixed Chronos's death animation persisting even after switching characters.
