Redid raw meat. Removed old Mindwipe as this is now a server setting. Re-added wyverns.

Redid some flyers to start at 135% (ptera) and 136,5% (pela, quetz, moth and tape). Replaced the new Mindwipe Tonic with the old. Attempt to fix Leeds not spawning.
