1.04.5 Bulgaria Update

>Added Bulgaria (duh)

I actually don't remeber exactly what I changed, but here's what I do remember,

> Added UI to multiplayer menus for units
> Beutepanzers were retexured and renamed historically

All other changes were so minor I can't even recall. I'll make a better attempt next time to record the changes I make.

Honestly, don't even ask. I keep finding things I missed the first few times. There's still MORE things I'm probably missing that need to be fixed. If there's something that needs attention, please post it to the correct thread.

I bet you came here to read the changes huh? Well, I fixed the blue spiders for some the nations, yes. But, Belgium and the Bolshevik Russians are going to be worked on and are currently unplayable.

Literally nothing. Like, I swear, literally nothing but 2 files were missing. Had to reupload the entire thing.
