Hyperlanes changed to the new blue color used in 2.0

Updated for 1.9. No changes.

Changed mod name from "Improved Hyperlanes and Fog of War V1" to "Improved Hyperlanes and Fog of War - Legacy".

Updated supported version info for 1.8.

Cleaned up / changed description for mod.

Added new screenshots.

No changes were made to the mod itself.

Initial Upload

Reupload of V1 due to change in vision for the main version. Sorry to anyone that was inconvenienced by this.

I also squeezed in a couple fixes with the reupload: Nebula names are now no longer visible on the map screen, and map modes no longer reveal the fog of war.
