Added 71 new waves bringing the total amount of waves to 101 waves.

Added landmines of various types and other explosives to signs for purchase.

Improved the Nuke sound effect.

Improved Juggernaut's effects.

Added healing kiosks around the map.

Added new area to the map house the explosive kiosks.

Added new infinite ammo drop to Spider zombies and Boss zombies loot list.
