Added the Printer Ink color scheme (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta), tweaked the ring shader to fix an issue with the puzzle grid, tweaked the position and 'lighting' of the ship, removed hit flashes from missed blocks, and made the in-game preview image clearer (it's now quadruple the resolution it used to be).
