Removed the multi slot entries that were preventing Killbane Mask and Generic Hero Mask from showing lipstick.

Added Skeleton Mask, High Noon Hat, and Witch Hat. Changed the names. Fixed a bug on a few of the hats caused by the cloning tool.

Added Gimp Mask, Killbane Mask, and Generic Hero Mask. Also made it so you can wear piercings, glasses, etc with the masks.
