Optimization Update!

Fixed a bug where people would time out after dying on a server.
Optimized the map by redoing the particle system! The change may not be noticeable that much, but it does help!

FIXED A glitch where servers and clients would crash when switching to this map (caused by a leak and areaportal error)

FIXED A bug where BLU side of the map wasn't rendering.
FIXED BLU spawns, they now spawn correctly and don't die upon spawning.
