minor bug fix

- Executor now only requires citadel starbase to build, you doesn't need titan assembly yard to construct it.
- Change how the Executor Ship Design obtained; you'll get it when you researched titan technology (with Apocalypse) or with battleship technology (without Apocalypse)
- Adjusted the core (combat computer equivalent) bones modifiers
- Added NSC and Guilli's compability, giving you ship slot from NSC and ship crew from Guilli's Ship Components.

Cherryh v2.0 update, with the following update:
- size of executor change from 8 to 4 (perhaps it's too big at that time)
- executor reactor now provide 25000 power to fit the removal of power core in ultility slots
- added star dreadnought thruster
- it's now provide 50 fleet slots (100 previously), but you can only have a limit of 5 executors, requires titan assemly yards to build it
