Also, I changed the file names of the replacement files to be compatible with the Linux OS. The mod should work on Linux just out-of-the-box. I cannot test it however, so if anyone is using Linux - pls. let me (and others) know if it is working.

- Changed: Recruit Progress is sorted by Turns Left, then by GP Points. This way the civ at the top is the one actually closest to getting the GP.

- Visual changes. Fixed original background so the weird darker area is gone. Panels are 2 points thinner: the entire window fits into 1920 screen and there is no scroller on the bottom. Simpler frame (just vertical lines).

- Visual issue: the window background is a picture that has 2 different textures. Firaxis prepared it that way so Recruit Progress area is darker. RGP has a different area for that and the darker part doesn't perfectly fit.
