Spyglass Input Fixed

-Adding Taming Progress Bar to Spyglass
-Fixed delay when first looking at a dino with spyglass. It now fills the spyglass faster with stats.
-Spyglass will no longer show the info for the dino you are riding on

This is a client side update that does not require an immediate server reset to work.

-Fixes for remaining dinos not working on spyglass
-50% increase to projectile speed of grapple gun
-Grapple gun increased from 100 to 1000 shots before breaking. Can still be upgraded.
-Bola and Spear sometimes not being reusable fixed.

-Spyglass fixed for most dinos, please report any dinos that dont work in spyglass or their kibble is incorrect
-Added reusable lasso craftable in player inventory
-a few performance improvements on grapple

-Fix for spyglass tooltip
-Fix for Grapple gun croshairs and shooting delay
-Fixed stack size for Spears

-Bad Cook fix

-Fixed Issue with Spyglass not working when dino is near structures
-Added Current weight to tamed dinos in spyglass
-Should now show the correct amount of kibble needed on servers with custom taming rates
