-New Item: "Rift Anchor", has no use in tactical missions but lets you prioritize soldiers to be summoned by the Rift Beacon (Idea by Oberfuhrer-Raziel)

-There can now be two riftkeepers in the last mission (depending on forcelevel)
-Riftkeepers will no longer attempt to cast rifts when affected by stasis

-fixed bluescreen protocol no longer working on sting grenades after my custom fix
-spawnrate raised slightly
-the riftbeacon no costs 3 corpses on all difficulty settings

- Sting grenades now properly disorient riftkeepers
- Suppression now prevents them from creating Rifts, but not from using their Psi Abilities!
