Hotfix-Equus Saddle

---Tweaked particle emitters ambient light in custom torch. Now have the desired glow effect in the area.

---Fixed resource burning particle emitters in vanilla torch and custom torch

---Missed re-mapping SweetVeggieCake. Should be in now at 50 cnt
---Found wrong re-map on Aggeravic Mushroom, so you have been collecting vanilla at 100 cnt
In the dev kit, it is called CommonMushroom and there are two with that exact name. Devs should have just called this one AggeravicMushroom

Major overhaul to 500 stack sizes, include more items and equus saddle fix
Also, new version 280.0 dev kit re-cook
