- Updated bulletin board

(This is the last time you'll be seeing JUST this change, from now on I'll only be doing this if I'm adding a new plane or fixing other things alongside it)

+ Added the Gallatin.

- Updated sounds of the Titan, Airtrain and Twinjet, to reduce filesize. (Converted to mono)
- Updated reflections on the Airtrain. (Less shiny)
- Updated bulletin board. (Added a physbox to it aswell, whoops)
