Fixed Issues:
Full Moon Stat changing - Now Dracul's stats change during a full moon
Regen During the Day - Changed it so Dracul does not regen during the day

Dracul's hunger and health reseting each phase
Dracul not being able to eat raw food
Dracul's hunger rate draining quicker and making it pretty hard to manage.

Changed:
Dracul's old voice to match the Don't Stave traditional instrument voices. Now has a violin voice.
