- Changed AI budget policy for Beastmen. Hopefully this should make them recruit more.
- Chaos and VC relations now start at -40 instead of -30. Because they have so many common enemies they often stay neutral to each other, now they should go to war if one bothers the other.
- Changed the way the AI recolonizes ruins. It should now recolonize in a more logical manner, by starting with the closest settlement if they have choice between several.
- The AI should not recolonize if it is attacking or defending and don't have a spare army. But if at peace, this should be one of its priorities.
