1. Archer barracks upgrades corrected to fit in with shooters upgrades.

2. Pike's higher barracks upgrade costs moderated except for Turkey, Algeria and Scotland.

3. Only 6 cannon, not 8, produced from each each depot. Other depot numbers unchanged.

These changes to assist overall balance of OCMOD3.

2. Fixed Cheaper Muskets Upgrade - Now works for only 18th C muskets and 18th Grenadiers as intended in OCMOD3.

1. Fire Power upgrades for 17th C muskets and 17 thc dragoons in barracks give much higher fire power.
(This change is intended to make this upgrade much more useful)
2. Armored horse has much higher bullet protection.
(Both of the above changes dovetail with OCMOD3's kill-shot and range damage system.
This can be discussed in the discussions section if you want a full explanation.)
3. 17th C dragoons are cheaper in gold.
4. 17th C Reiters are dearer in food.
5. France's King's Musketeer creates a little faster.
King's Musketeer shotpower increased.

Fix upgrades for Swiss Jager and Swiss Dragoons.

Archers need more work. They are too weak against pikes and too strong against muskets. The way the arrow weapon works makes this tricky to fix. I don't want to bring back the problem of the arrow having a big damage area of efffect which is a crude fix. Archers fail to lead moving targets. This is one problem. Archer formations also do not spread their fire to enough separate targets.

Slight tweaks to pikes and archers.

Version 1.7 Merge Fix after latest Official Patch 1.8.9.82.5710

OCMOD3 is restarting after my absence travelling in Outback Australia (no internet there).

This version is a quick restart and may have some bugs.

One known bug is a problem with the Swiss 18th C dragoon attack upgrade. It's in the wrong place and applies wrong values but it still works. These flaws will be fixed after further testing and coding.
