Added ramping for the speedball guns. Higest difficulty setting (9) sets all enemies to ramping.

Added guest-star Alan Tudyk as Injured Soldier. Added notifications when teammates are hit and down. "Enhanced" difficulty setting 0, for kicks (as set at the flagpole).

Added difficulty (enemy AI skill) adjustment - simply approach the red flag near the starting spawn, and press numpad keys between 0 and 9. Numpad key 5 is default difficulty (challenging), 0 is minimal and 9 is most difficult. Try 0 for a chuckle. Difficulty can be changed at the red flagpoles at any time.

Added hitpoint-buff to the bullettime feature, reduced recoil on the speedball guns (the fancy paintball guns),, slightly reduced recoil on tippmanns, massively increased damage to tanks, added small cutscenes to help indicate objective(s) and situation
