Changelog

• Added powerup Chaos. Use on your own hand while you are not bust to make everyone hate you.
• Added powerup Swap Powerups. Use on another hand while you or they have active powerups. Active powerups are swapped between hands.
• Added powerup Swap All. Use on your own hand while you are not bust. Everyone receives a different random hand from the table.
• Added powerup Bump. Use on any hand. All cards' values increase or decrease by one at random. King increase to Ace, Ace decreases to King, and Joker is unaffected.
• Added powerup Give a card. Use on another player's hand while you are not bust to give that player a random card from your hand.
• Added powerup Mugging. Use on another player's hand while you are not bust to copy that player's hand. That player then draws a card.
• Powerup board now includes the new powerups.

• Updated the following powerups to reflect changes to the main table: Shuffle all player's cards, Shuffle hands with another player, Turn a random card into Ace, Steal a random card from another player.
• Powerup boards now respect the board's rotation when deploying a powerup.
