Optimizations! Very large performance increases by trimming mountains before rendering. A lot of people who have been having performance problems before this might have a better time now. In my personal testing, I got the mountain rendering time from 6ms to 2.5ms in browser.

Fixed problem with audio channels each being rendered on a seperate side of the screen. Visualizer should look smoother now.

Improved performance and added several options that allow for even greater performance at the ost of some visual elements. Also fiddled with default options.
