Vampire Fang nerfs (#3780)

Now shares cooldown with Satanic.
Cooldown increased from 16s to 20s.
No longer provides 11/15 armor.
Lifesteal now works for any non-pure damage attack but doesn't lifesteal from seperate damage instances applied with attacks (e.g. works for MKB, Rev Brooch and Muerta ult but not for Mjollnir, Arcane Orb etc.).
Bonus status resist reduced from 20/22% to 16/18%.
Active lifesteal reduced from 235/250% to 200%.
Active bonus damage during the night reduced from 100/140 to 100.

Grendel, Wanderer, Dire Tower Boss (#3773)

Changed attack sounds for Big Bird Boss, Carapace (Weaver) Boss, Killer Tomato Boss, Melee Twin Boss, Wanderer, Spooky Ghost Boss and Uriel to be more noticeable.
Dire Tower Boss attack range reduced from 1200 to 800.
Dire Tower Boss Glyph bonus attack range increased from 200 to 500.
Dire Tower Boss Glyph bonus attack speed reduced from 110 to 10.
Dire Tower Boss Glyph cooldown increased from 15s to 20s.
Dire Tower Boss Glyph: Fixed the buff not blocking all dmg.
Dire Tower Boss Glyph: Maybe fixed effect sound being global.
Dire Tower Boss Radiant Creeps duration increased from 20s to 25s.

Wanderer now also takes less damage from the team with more Points. (part of Point Aversion ability now)

ai generated fix to core points display issue (#3767)

- Added Players.GetQueryUnit(player) - this is equal to -1 when selected unit belongs to the player.
- GetLocalPlayerPortraitUnit() doesn't work properly if selected unit doesn't belong to the player.
- Fixed HasModifier returning false most of the time.
