Bounty Rune rework
The equation for both XP and Gold has changed substatially. The first few minutes are severely nerfed tapering off to be about equal to the old numbers as the game progresses, to compensate the minute 0 rune has its time changed from 1 to 1.8. Additionally, the comeback factor has been changed to kick in much faster in terms of networth difference but the effect scales into the late game 20% slower.
Examples:
If the teams are even or you are ahead, the first few bounty runes are nerfed by the following amounts:
Minute 0: 5.71%
Minute 2: 43.48%
Minute 4: 23.26%
Minute 6: 15.87%
Minute 8: 12.05%
Minute 10: 9.71%
Minute 20: 5.46%
Minute 30: 5.46%
Minute 60: 1.66%
Despite the rune nerfs, being behind past the 15-20 minute mark will result in a 5%-20% buff in rune effectiveness depending in NW difference and phase in the game.

Old equation: initial_value * game_time * (1 + gold_difference * game_time / 10)
New equation: (initial_value * game_time * (1 + (1 - (1 - gold_difference) * (1 - gold_difference)) * game_time / 12)) - (10 * (game_time) / (game_time + 0.3))
