Add chatterjee facets and innate, slight rework (#3650)

* Add facet: Kinetic Grip
* * Is the old psuedochannel talent, allowing Chatterjee to act while channeling Static Grip
* Add facet: Alternating Current
* * Adds a cooldown to energy shield, no longer allowing it to be up at all times
* * Adds energy shield damage to right clicks when active
* * Slight increases to damage numbers
* Add innate: Battery Powered
* * Chatterjee's maximum mana can never be below her maximum health
* Replace shard:
* * Refund 90% of remaining (if any) shield cost when shield expires or is recast
* Energy shield changes:
* * Allow energy shield to be toggled auto-cast
* * Increase minimum mana required for shield from 5 to 20
* * Can be purged at any time with or without shard
* * Does not auto-cast while nullified or demonically purged, also wont cast manually (and gives error)
* Add new level 25 talent: Static Grip Attacks
* * Replaces old psuedochannel talent that got turned into a facet
* * Enemies affected by Static Grip are attacked at a rate equal to 90% of Chatterjee's attack rate
* * Attacks are not limited to Chatterjee's attack range.
* Slightly increased stat gain


Zeus and Wraith King (#3649)

Fixed Zeus Static Field not scaling with Thundergod's Wrath
Fixed Wraith King missing OAA levels for some abilities
Fixed Wraith King scepter not having dmg penalty.
Improved Wraith King tooltips.


Mirana Innate + balance (#3647)

New Mirana Innate
Leap charge restore time reduced from 31/30/29/28/27/26 to 30/25/20/15/14/13 seconds. (because only 2 charges without shard)
Level 15 Talent +20% Moonlight Shadow/Solar Flare Evasion increased to +25%. (it was 40% total before 7.36)
Level 20 Talent +1.5s Leap Buff Duration reduced to +1s (because duration got buffed in 7.36)
Sacred Arrow bonus damage reduced at OAA levels from 280/380 to 190/200. (because of new innate)
Sacred Arrow max stun range reduced from 2500 to 2000. (because of new innate)
Solar Flare cooldown reduced from 120/110/100/95/90 to 90/85/80/75/70 seconds. (because it does not make people invis and we dont use -cd talent)

Fixed Invoker Innate providing 100% bonus experience instead of 25%.

Small modifier update (#3641)

Added 2 new modifier bundles: Radioactive and Jack-Of-All-Trades
Updated Ludo tooltip
Bottle Collector bonus spell amp per bottle charge increased from 0.1% to 0.35%
Battlemage: Added range cap for global abilities and dots.
Attack Range Switch:
- no longer provides bonus attack speed for melee->ranged heroes.
- bonus hp per lvl for ranged->melee heroes increased from 50 to 75.
- now also increases move speed by 25 if hero's base move speed is < 300.

Minor boss changes (#3642)

Killer Tomato boss will no longer spawn outside of bases.
Ogre Tank boss (tier 3) can now spawn outside of bases again.
Alchemist boss:
- now a tier 4 boss (stats like other tier 4 bosses except attack damage)
- Acid Spray dps increased from 300 to 350.
- Cannonshot damage increased from 1875 to 2000.
- Chemical Rage hp regen increased from 100 to 150.

Various minor stuff (#3643)

KOTL Spirit Form cooldown reduced from 85 to 85/80/75/70/70 seconds.
KOTL Level 25 Talent fixed being +25% Spell Amp instead of +500 Illuminate Damage.

FIXES:
2x Multiplier modifier: Fixed various spells not having doubled cooldown with scepter or shard. (e.g. Cataclysm)
2x Multiplier modifier: Fixed various spells with charges not having doubled charge restore time.
Aghanim modifier: Reverted the last change that broke abilities granted with Aghanim Scepter.
Diarrhetic modifier: It will no longer poop while the hero is dead.
Echo Strike modifier: Fixed being able to proc attacks while dead.
Fixed Dagon healing more than intended when targetting strong illusions.
Fixed non-consumed Angel's Halo passive working on illusions and the damage stacking from each illusion.
Hyper Lifesteal modifier: Fixed strong illusions being considered as creeps for Lifesteal and Spell Lifesteal.
Some minor spell lifesteal and lifesteal fixes.

Modifiers Update April 2024 (#3633)

NEW:
Battle Mage - Any spell or item damage instance will proc your attack. 1s proc cooldown.
Crimson Magic - Grants 0.008% spell amplification per point of HP.
Ludo - For those that read patch notes: it's similar to Chaos but the random modifier changes more frequent.

CHANGES:
* Blood Magic: Added Winter Wyvern to the list of heroes that are bad with Blood Magic.
* Boss Killer: Bonus damage against bosses reduced from 85% to 50%.
* Bottle Collector: Bonus attack damage per Infinity Bottle charge increased from 1 to 1.5
* Bottle Collector: Infinity Bottle gold cost increased from 650 to 800.
* Bottle Collector: Infinity Bottles will now drop even if they are in backpack.
* Bottle Collector: Now drops 1/3 of the charges instead of 1/2.
* Diarrhetic: Damage radius increased from 500 to 700.
* Diarrhetic: Max hp damage increased from 20% to 25%.
* Diarrhetic: No longer damages bosses unless they are aggroed.
* Hyper Experience: Bonus experience multiplier reduced from 3x to 2x.
* Sangromancer: Replaced Wisdom with Crimson Magic.
* Splasher: No longer procs on self damage.
* Splasher: Splash damage reduced from 100% to 75%.
* Titan Soul: Removed from the team selection screen but it can still be randomed.

CHAOS:
* Courier Hunter doesn't have a chance to be repeated anymore.
* Added Battle Mage and Crimson Magic to the modifier pool.
* In the lategame you can't get new chaos modifiers (modifiers with downsides). This also means that now there is a higher chance to get a good modifier in the lategame.
* Sohei can now get Healer modifier.
* You can no longer get Duelist before Second Duel.
* You can now get Explosive Death, Glass Cannon and Moriah's Shield after Second Duel and not just in lategame.
* You can now get Moriah's Shield and Wealthy before Second Duel. Wealthy will not have a chance to be repeated.


Minor item balance (#3635)

* Abyssal Blade bonus hp by 30. (total hp now same as Skadi)
* Blade of Judecca bonus hp and mana increased by 50. (40 less hp and mana than Skadi)
* Blade of Judecca mana cost increased from 100 to 150.
* Giant Form active bonus damage increased from 140/190 to 150/200.
* Giant Form mana cost reduced from 75 to 50.
* Giant Form passive bonus damage reduced from 165/215 to 150/200.
* Giant Form passive cleave reduced from 100% to 55/60%.
* Reduction Orb: Fixed the buff granting damage shield instead of damage reduction.
* Silver Staff debuff duration increased from 4 to 5 seconds.
* Silver Staff debuff max hp dmg reduced at max level from 5% to 4.5%
* Sonic Mask active duration reduced from 6 to 5 seconds.
* Sonic Mask bonus damage increased from 75/105 to 80/120.

Solo Ancient Creep changes (#3634)

* Increased their gold bounty by 60%.
* Increased their total armor from 8 to 10.
* Removed Wildwing Ripper, Ice Shaman and Dark Troll Summoner.

* Wholeness of Body no longer provides Debuff Immunity.

Item guides 7.35d update (#3626)

* Added item guide for Meepo.
* Fixed and updated item guides for Treant Protector and Sven.
* Removed Revenants Brooch for heroes that have crit.
* Made sure that Shiva's Guard is included in all spell damage builds if the hero needs to be close to enemies.
* Made sure that BKB is included as a core item or rightclick item if the hero is melee, doesn't have built-in spell immunity and doesn't use illusions.
* Updated item guides to 7.35d for all heroes except: Dawnbreaker, Disruptor, Earth Spirit, Grimstroke, Huskar, Lifestealer, OD, Ogre Magi, Oracle, Pugna, Rubick, Shadow Shaman, Skywrath Mage, Spirit Breaker, Warlock and Witch Doctor.

Seasonal map update (#3625)

* Fixed Radiant fountain clipping through the wall instead of being fully visible.
* Moved Radiant fountain shopkeeper so your hero doesn't get stuck when teleporting into the fountain.
* Switched the positions of Dire fountain shopkeeper and Dire Big Bottle so they don't clip through walls.
* Fixed fountain visuals in the dota arena.
* Improved some places where you could get stuck in the snow and waterfall arena. (e.g. after buybacking)
* Removed a spot in the Radiant ancient camp where you could get stuck.
* Increased the height of the ceiling for some arenas.
